Below you'll find simple, step-by-step instructions for reheating and serving everything from frozen entrées to seasonal sides, breakfast staples, and holiday classics. All recipes are tested in-house and designed for convenience, flavor, and a perfect finish every time.

Casseroles

Reheating a casserole from frozen is an easy task and will have you ready to eat in under an hour. Find instructions on reheating refrigerated and frozen casseroles.

Refrigerated Casseroles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic lid covering. Place the casserole on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes.

Frozen Casseroles

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic lid covering and place either parchment paper or foil on top of frozen casserole. Place frozen casserole on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes (depending on casserole size). Remove parchment paper or foil and continue to heat for another 15-20 minutes.

Other Types of Casseroles:

Reheating Frozen Lasagna  

  1. Preheat oven to 350* 

  2. Place Lasagna on sheet pan and remove the plastic cover and cover with foil. 

  3. For a Medium Lasagna cook approximately 1 ½ hours last 15 remove foil to get golden color. For a small cook for approx. 30-45 min. 

  4. If not frozen cook Med 30-45 min and small 20 

Frozen Enchiladas 

  1. Preheat oven to 350* 

  2. Place Enchiladas on a sheet pan and remove plastic cover. 

  3. For a medium cover with foil and cook for about 30m, uncover and cook another 10 m until bubbly. For a small keep uncovered and cook about 25 m total. 

Reheat Instructions for Mac and Cheese 

  1. Preheat oven to 350* 

  2. Place Mac and cheese on a sheet pan and remove the plastic cover 

  3. For a medium Mac and cheese cook approximately 30 minutes  

  4. For a small cook approx. 20 minutes. 

Breakfast Items

Buttermilk Biscuits

(FROZEN – UNCOOKED)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush each biscuit w/melted butter. Put on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls

(FROZEN – UNCOOKED)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Remove plastic lid covering and icing containers (set aside). Place foil on top of frozen cinnamon rolls. Place on a sheet pan and put on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread icing on cinnamon rolls. Enjoy!

Kolaches

(FROZEN – UNCOOKED)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen kolaches on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush each kolache w/egg wash (optional). Put on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.

Breakfast Burrito

(Pre-cooked)
Can be put in the oven or microwave. Preheat the oven to 325 and bake for 20- 25 minutes. Or microwave for 2-3 minutes until the insides are warm.

From turkey and duck to classic sides like potatoes au gratin, mac and cheese, and our popular Hinman pies, each item is designed to bring comfort and flavor to your table with minimal prep. Just follow the steps below for a stress-free, delicious holiday.

How to Reheat a Turkey:

To reheat a turkey, follow these steps: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). 

  2. Remove from the refrigerator and let come to room temperature (about 30-45 minutes) 

  3. Prepare the turkey by placing it in a roasting pan. Add a bit of broth or water to the bottom of the pan to keep the turkey moist. 

  4. Cover the turkey with aluminum foil to prevent it from drying out. 

  5. Reheat the turkey in the oven until warm to your desired temperature. We have precooked the turkey to 165* 

  6. Last 15m remove the foil and brush turkey with butter to get nice golden skin 

  7. Check the temperature using a meat thermometer to ensure it's heated through. 

  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before carving and serving. 

How to Reheat Duck:

Remove from pan and put on a parchment or foil lined sheet pan. Brush with sauce and bake until internal temperature of 135.

Reheating Potatoes Au Gratin, Mac and Cheese, Corn Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 350* 

  2. Remove Plastic cover from Casserole place on Sheet Pan  

  3. Place in oven approx. 20-30 minutes for a small casserole and 30-40 minutes for medium. Should get a nice golden top 

Ribs Reheat:

Place container on sheet pan at 325*, remove plastic cover and heat about 15-20 minutes just until warm.

Green Beans,  Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower Mash:

Pre heat oven to 350* and reheat until warm. Squash can be served room temp if desired.

Clover Leaf Rolls:

Remove from freezer and let sit at room temperature for 45 min to one hour. If desired (we recommend) brush with melted butter and cook for 20-25 minutes. They should be light golden brown.

Hinman Pies:

Preheat oven and bake at 375 for 25 minutes, then bake at 350 for 45 min. Pie will be dark golden brown when done and filling should be bubbling.

Pecan and Maple Pies just remove from refrigerator and bring to room temperature.
